    For Time & Material (Flexible Staffing) and short-term resource requirements, WITHIN SHORT NOTICE Preva Test Solutions, will deploy qualified and experienced Test Professionals as per SOW issued by the client. For Long Term Engagements or on Project Basis or when client is interested in setting up a Extended Testing Lab at Preva Test Solutions premises, Preva Test Solutions offers the facility of a Test Lab which could be staffed with a minimum team and related infrastructure, and a flexible plan to increase team size as required. This Test Lab will be an extension to Development Center at client premises and could be located onsite or offshore.

    • A small onsite team from Preva Test Solutions is going to work as coordination team and interface with the development team and also carries out some activities as defined by client, while a larger team is deployed at the offshore center which takes care of execution of majority of work.

    • From Preva Test Solutions SPOC for the project is Test Manager . All Business communications shall be handled by Preva Test Solutions Business manager routed through Preva Test Solutions Test manager.

    • All technical and project related communication shall happen as per the protocol defined by the client. The project artifacts are delivered / downloaded through secure network.

    • The projects are executed as per the defined / requested / suggested standard by client. Along with that, some of the good practices from QMS of Preva Test Solutions shall be rightly tailored to suite client.
